In addition to providing sustainable, reliable, and affordable propane gas, the safety, health and wellbeing of our customers, employees, and our communities is our priority.

What we are doing

We are actively monitoring and following all guidance from the CDC, including implementing steps to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to employees, customers, and the community.

We have restricted travel, increased the ability for some employees to work from home, and added additional protocols to keep our facilities clean. These steps help to insure reliable gas service.

We have temporarily halted in-person events as much as possible. We will respond to all emergency situations and are on-call 24/7 to address such emergency situations just as we always are. However, we know some of these practices may impact our interaction in the short term, but they will not affect our ability to do our most important job: delivering propane to our customers.

Our offices at Page and Payson will remain staffed for the time being. We do have a “closed door” policy in effect for everyone’s safety. We encourage customers to utilize our online payment methods or to call our offices with a debit/credit card to make a payment. Page has a drop box located outside the office, as does Payson. Payson also has a drop box conveniently located with all others at the Town Hall site.

Other necessary services will be addressed by our representatives over the phone. We are committed to serving you, our customer, but must maintain the best and safe practices during this time.
